Luke Farley, Ginger Hunsucker, and Michelle Liguori Elected to Firm Partnership
Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that Luke Farley, Ginger Hunsucker, and Michelle Liguori have been elected to the firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2022.

Luke is an experienced construction lawyer focused on complex, multi-party contract disputes, state and federal Miller Act claims, mechanic’s liens, OSHA citations, and contract negotiation. He regularly represents contractors, subcontractors, designers, owners, and developers and has experience on both public and private projects, including federal construction.
Ginger is a medical malpractice and professional liability defense attorney with vast experience in a wide range of matters including nursing home, birth trauma, physician, hospital, and dentistry defense, and the defense of Section 1983 claims against healthcare professionals. She also holds experience in the defense of healthcare professionals reporting or responding to North Carolina licensure boards.
Michelle is an appellate and trial court litigator. Her appellate practice spans the broad array of civil litigation appeals, trial court appellate strategy, and representation of criminal defendants on appeal. Michelle’s trial court practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and section 1983 litigation.
