Kurt Dumaw is speaking about Opportunity Zones on July 24, 2019, at the 2019 Annual Planning Conference of the Cary Chamber of Commerce in Blowing Rock, NC. Opportunity Zones are designated locations that provide federal tax incentives for reinvestments of unrealized capital gains into low-income communities. There are 252 designated Opportunity Zones in North Carolina.
