Kelly Margolis Dagger Appointed to Eastern District of North Carolina Local Criminal Rules Committee
Ellis & Winters LLP is pleased to announce that Kelly Margolis Dagger was appointed to serve on the Local Criminal Rules Committee for the United States District Court of the Eastern District of North Carolina effective January 1, 2020, for a two-year term.
The Local Criminal Rules Committee is chaired by United States Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Swank. The Committee makes recommendations regarding the content of the Local Rules that govern criminal practice in the Eastern District.
About Kelly Margolis Dagger
Kelly is a trial and appellate attorney focusing on business and employment litigation and criminal defense. She has extensive experience representing clients in North Carolina state and federal trial and appellate courts. She is the immediate past president of the Eastern District of North Carolina chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panels for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panel Committee for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
