Ellis & Winters Welcomes Andrew Parks Carter to the Firm’s Litigation Group

We are pleased to welcome Andrew as an associate attorney in the firm’s Greensboro office. He is a member of the Litigation Group and will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation and tort matters.

Andrew worked as a summer associate at Ellis & Winters in 2020 and 2021, and recently graduated from Elon University School of Law where he served as a Leadership Fellow and Staff Editor on the Elon Law Review. He has also completed internships with the Forsyth County Public Defender’s office, and the NAACP.

Andrew obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville, where he was a member of the National Political Honor Society and a standout on the Division I tennis team. In his free time, Andrew operates his own business, “On The Rise,” through which he coaches and mentors aspiring elite athletes nationwide.
