Ellis & Winters Welcomes Andrew Parks Carter as 2021 Summer Associate

Andrew Parks Carter has returned to the Greensboro office of Ellis & Winters as a summer associate. Andrew recently completed his 2L year at Elon University School of Law where he serves as a Leadership Fellow and Staff Editor on the Elon Law Review. He has also completed internships with the Forsyth County Public Defender’s office, the NAACP, and a boutique law firm in Greensboro. Andrew obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville, where he was a member of the National Political Honor Society and a standout on the Division I tennis team. In his free time, Andrew operates his own business, “On The Rise,” through which he coaches and mentors aspiring elite athletes nationwide.
