Ellis & Winters Welcomes Agustin Martinez to the Litigation Team

Ellis & Winters LLP is pleased to announce that Agustin M. Martinez has joined the firm in the Greensboro office, where he will concentrate his practice on complex commercial and business litigation. Before joining Ellis & Winters, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Robinson at the North Carolina Business Court.

Agustin received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2020. He was named Board Member of the Year for the Wake Forest Law Review, where he served as editor; and was named the 2020 Dean’s Award recipient. Agustin earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management, and he worked on employee and labor relations matters in a Detroit-based company’s Human Resources department before pursuing his legal career.

Agustin enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and testing Mexican family recipes with his wife.
