Ellis & Winters Welcomes Dale Clemons
Ellis & Winters is pleased to welcome Dale Clemons as an attorney in the firm’s Raleigh office. Dale will focus his diverse practice on bankruptcy and restructuring, construction law, and real estate finance.
Dale joined the firm after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of North Carolina. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law after working as a Program Analyst for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts for several years.
