WWL: Product Liability Defence, first published in 1997, seeks to identify private practice lawyers with a proven track record in representing and advising manufacturers and sellers against claims for damages or injuries suffered because of defects in goods. Industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and automotive claims all feature heavily among the practices of the lawyers featured.
