Andrew Parks Carter Appointed a Membership Chair for NCBA

Andrew Carter will begin his term as Membership Chair for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust and Complex Business Dispute Section this month. Andrew is a current member of the NCBA and was a presenter for the Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program in February. The presentation took place at his alma mater, Elon University.

Andrew is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, complex commercial litigation and tort matters. Prior to joining Ellis & Winters in 2022, he worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Greensboro office for two consecutive years.

The North Carolina Bar Association is a voluntary membership organization of lawyers, judges, paralegals and law students dedicated to serving the public and the legal profession.
