Alex Hagan and Eric Goodheart were published in the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) commercial litigation magazine, in the July 2019 edition. The article entitled “The Implications of Retaining Public Relations Firms on Attorney-Client Privilege” notes that courts have failed to provide uniform rules about whether communications between an attorney or client and a PR firm qualify as protected under the attorney-client privilege.
