Ellis & Winters Welcomes Four Attorneys

Ellis & Winters welcomes back attorney Diane Rupprecht and three new associates

Ellis & Winters LLP is proud to announce the addition of four attorneys: Diane Rupprecht, Nora Warren, Kelly Margolis Dagger, and Lauren Miller.

Diane Rupprecht

Diane returns to the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Wynn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Diane is a graduate of Smith College and the University of North Carolina School of Law. Before joining Ellis & Winters, Diane clerked for Judge Wynn on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and for Chief Justice Henry E. Frye of the North Carolina Supreme Court. She also served as the Director of Local Government Affairs for KB Home in Raleigh.

Nora F. Sullivan

A 2010 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, Nora joins the firm from the Washington, D.C., office of Jones Day. She also clerked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Doumar of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Norfolk. A native of Greensboro, Nora earned her undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Kelly Margolis Dagger

Kelly is a 2012 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as an editor of the California Law Review. Kelly was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, and went to college at UNC-Chapel Hill. Following college, she worked at Equality North Carolina in Raleigh.

Lauren Miller

Lauren joins the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable J. Rich Leonard of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in Raleigh. Lauren earned her college degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her law degree from Campbell Law School, where she served as Chief Articles Editor of Campbell Law Review.
