Leslie O’Toole has been named as a panelist for the 2006 Pound Civil Justice Institute Forum to be held in Seattle, Washington on July 15, 2006. She will be speaking as part of a program called “The Whole Truth? Experts, Evidence, and the Blindfolding of the Jury.”

The Pound Civil Justice Institute was established in 1956 by trial lawyers to honor and build upon the work of Roscoe Pound, Dean of the Harvard Law School from 1916—1936. The Pound Institute strengthens the practice of trial law through its programs, publications and research grants. The Institute’s mission is to preserve access to the American civil justice system and to protect the right to trial by jury.
