Leslie Packer will be serving on a panel discussion of Latest Trends and Hot Topics in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Litigation for Medmarc Insurance Groups 26th Annual Medical Device Seminar at the Grand Del Mar in California starting Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
The annual meeting will feature presentations and panel discussions from the most seasoned product liability defense attorneys on the hottest topics in medical device and pharmaceutical claims and litigation. Approximately 200 defense attorneys, as well as members of Medmarc’s defense lawyer network and other interested parties, will gather to present and learn techniques aimed at bettering the legal defense of life sciences technology companies.
