Jeremy M. Falcone

Ellis & Winters is pleased to welcome attorney Jeremy Falcone.

Mr. Falcone practices civil litigation and has experience litigating matters involving securities claims, complex fraud and civil RICO and general commercial claims. He was part of a trial team that defended a banking institution against claims of fraudulent transfer and aiding and abetting fiduciary duty breaches in federal bankruptcy court.

Prior to joining Ellis & Winters, he practiced at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. He also practiced with former Judge Wade Barber in Pittsboro, N.C., where his practice included criminal and civil litigation, real property matter, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Falcone also has been committed to pro bono projects, including a death penalty appeal in Texas and an Eighth Amendment challenge to sentencing in North Carolina.

Mr. Falcone received his J.D. with High Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
