Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that Jennifer Hall and Adrienne Coronado have joined the firm as associates.

Jennifer Hall focuses her practice in commercial real estate and finance. She also represents financial institutions in various foreclosure, lender-liability, and real property matters. Ms. Hall joined the firm after working for several years in the Raleigh office of an international law firm. Directly after law school, she served as a clerk to the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Ms. Hall obtained her undergraduate degree, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina, where she was Phi Beta Kappa and a Morehead Scholar. She earned her juris doctor, with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as the managing editor of the North Carolina Law Review.

Adrienne Coronado focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation and products liability. She regularly represents clients in business disputes and breach of contract disputes. Ms. Coronado joined the firm after working for a regional law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. She obtained her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. She earned her juris doctor from Vanderbilt Law School. Ms. Coronado actively participates in a number of professional and trade organizations.
