Ellis & Winters Participates in Hexatronic Group AB’s acquisition of Blue Diamond Industries LLC

Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that its client, Hexatronic Group AB (publ), completed the acquisition of Lexington, Kentucky-based Blue Diamond Industries LLC, a market leader in manufactured High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and tubes for the telecommunications and power market, on January 2, 2018.
