Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that its client, Opus Inspection Inc. (Opus), completed the acquisition of Gordon-Darby, Inc., a leading U.S.-based government services company specializing in vehicle inspection and fish & game licensing, on December 31, 2018, for approximately $55 Million.  Gordon-Darby is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky with ongoing operations in Arizona, New Hampshire and Texas.  As noted in the Opus press release, “The Gordon-Darby acquisition increases Opus’ footprint in the U.S., while offering management and technology synergies to benefit customers worldwide.”
