Ellis & Winters recommended for "Bet the Company" litigation

Ellis & Winters, LLP has been named a Recommended North Carolina law firm for “Bet the Company” litigation in the 2009 edition of Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading business litigation firms and attorneys.
