Ellis & Winters, LLP has been named a Recommended North Carolina law firm for “Bet the Company” litigation in the 2009 edition of Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading business litigation firms and attorneys.

In addition, three of the firm’s lawyers — J. Donald Cowan, Jr., Richard W. Ellis, and Matthew W.
