On February 14, Alex Pearce presented at the Benchmark Data Security & Privacy Forum, in New York, New York. The Forum, a gathering of privacy, litigation and IP lawyers from leading technology and corporate organizations, focused on the latest developments in privacy law. Alex and Matt Goldberg, Compliance Manager & Counsel, Privacy, AIG, presented on legislative and regulatory developments in cybersecurity and data privacy. During the session Alex was able to provide practical guidance on how organizations can address the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape, and what to expect from legislators and regulators in the fields of cybersecurity and data privacy in the months and years ahead.
