Alex J. Hagan Elected to DRI Board of Directors at Annual Meeting

Ellis & Winters LLP is pleased to announce that Alex Hagan has been elected to the Board of Directors of DRI as a National Director. Mr. Hagan’s three-year term began at the conclusion of the 2017 DRI Annual Meeting in Chicago on Saturday, October 7th. He previously has served as the Medical Liability and Health Care Law Committee Chair from 2015—2016 and Vice Chair from 2015—2015.

About Alex Hagan
Alex Hagan serves as the head of the litigation group at Ellis & Winters LLP. He is a trial lawyer whose practice includes product liability defense, as well as the defense of laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, and individual health care providers. Additionally, Alex has extensive commercial litigation experience, representing software manufacturers, retail chains, and other product manufacturers in contract, trademark and employment disputes. Alex has considerable jury trial experience in tort and commercial matters in both state and federal court.
