Kurt Dumaw serves as outside general counsel and corporate counsel for a number of regional, national and international companies. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate and governance issues, finance transactions, business formation, commercial real estate acquisition and development, opportunity zone projects, and construction projects. He assists clients with commercial sales and lease transactions, technology and licensing matters, contract drafting and negotiation, mixed use and industrial developments, and renewable energy project development. He often works directly with a company’s board of directors and executive officers on corporate policies, employee matters, stock option plans and shareholder issues.
